Bowlero Christown

Our event this weekend was at Bowlero Christown and we had a good turnout. We had a total of 52 entries (38 qualifying and 14 economy parlays) with 14 prize winners and a 1 out of 3.71 cash ratio, paying out $2,115 in prize funds. The players bowled on the 39 ft Chameleon oil pattern. This oil pattern provided a medium scoring pace throughout the event, but the few who found something were able to have some score.

No one hit the Momma’s Mystery Score so that money will rollover to AMF Chandler. Your winner of the drawing for the free plastic ball, with the option to upgrade to any high-performance Track ball for $99.00, was Ming Shih!

We had a total of 69 entries (52 qualifying and 17 economy parlays) with 21 prize winners and a 1 in 3.29 cash ratio, paying out $3,150 in prize funds. The players bowled on the 35 ft Boardwalk oil pattern that provided a lower to medium scoring pace throughout the event.

Our event this weekend was at Bowlero Christown, and we would see a great turnout considering all the other events going on. We had 87 total entries (63 qualifying and 24 economy parlays) for this 2-squad event, with a cash ratio of 1 in 3.1 and paying out over $5,000.00 in main and side event prize funds. The players bowled on the 37ft PBA Bat pattern, that is a new PBA pattern and we’ve never bowled on. This pattern is a bit different in the fact that it is short and looked to play like the old PBA Cheetah pattern. This center usually has a lot of friction on the lanes which causes the ball to hook early, so you have to move left but keep it right and play the ditch. Pair to pair would see a lot of transition depending on who you were following. The average cut to make it to the quarterfinals was just a bit over even, which meant that you just had to maintain your average to move on. The key this weekend was definitely to leave something makeable and pick up your spares!

Our event this weekend was at Bowlero Christown and we had a pretty good turnout considering the all the other tournaments going on throughout the Valley!  We would see 85 total entries (61 qualifying and 24 economy parlays) with a cash ratio of 1 in 3.69 and paying out over $4,900 in main and side event prize funds.  The bowlers played on a very difficult 34ft PBA Del Ballard oil pattern, that is a bit short and flat, and saw some pretty low-cut scores.  The average cut to make it to the quarterfinals was just a bit over even, which meant that you just had to maintain your average to move on. The key this weekend was definitely to leave something makeable and pick up your spares!

We kicked of the 2023 Fall Quarterly Circuit this weekend with a 2-squad tournament at Bowlero Christown! We would see a good turnout with 80 total entries (62 qualifying and 18 parlays), with 23 cashers and a 1 in 3.5 cash ratio. We would pay out over $4,200 in main event and side event prize funds. The bowlers played on the 35ft PBA Cheetah oil pattern that provided higher cut scores than usual. Cheetah tends to be one of the easiest sport patterns, as it allows players to get some free hook on the gutter which is similar to the house shot. However, it is still a sport pattern, and isn't a walk in the park.  There isn't a lot of oil in the middle of the lane, like a house shot, so you have to get it to the outside friction or the ball will run high in the pocket.
