AMF Christown

Wow what an amazing turn out! 99 teams! As always I want to thank the SFT AHT family for making our last event of the 2012 season such a successful one! You guys have allowed the club to grow and improve so much in 9 months, I really want to thank all of you.

The participants bowled on a house pattern for this fun force format and boy did it show! The scores were blazing high! Our low to cash was +199 for the team and our tournament champions were +336! There were high scores to come off of every squad. We had a squad leader incentive that paid $60.00 to the highest team on each squad. Congrats to David Kurland and Ben Dewberry for winning the first squad, Ben Dewberry and Seth Greinermiller for winning the second squad, and Bo Copeland and Tim Bryden for winning the final squad's incentive. We also had the high mixed team bounty which paid out $100. The winner of that sought after prize was Teri Hamilton and Seth Greinermiller.

Well we had another great event this weekend at AMF Christown Lanes. I can’t tell you how great this center is for tournaments. I really love the lay out and how the spectators are above the players. It is one of our favorite centers in the valley and has A LOT of tournament history in it. The main event drew 86 total entries, had 23 prize winners, a 1 in 3.7 cash ratio and paid out over $3,300.00! The side events had 32 sweeper entries, and paid out over $700. The high game pot squad is really starting to grow! This event the Sunday 1pm squad drew 34 total bowlers! Congrats to Hokey Begay, Dylan Taylor and Ben Dewberry on winning $100 each for their $10 investment! Our next event at Mesa East will also have $100 per game side pots on Sunday at 1pm.

We had another incredibly fun and successful tournament at AMF Christown Lanes! We had a total of 82 entries and 21 prize winners which is a 1 in 3.9 cashing ratio, all while still paying out $1,000 for first and $500.00 for second. We couldn’t do it without all of the support from the Strike Force Tour family, so thank you!
